Made from glutinous rice grown in Niigata, the center of rice farming in Japan, with black pepper and other seasonings, these rice crackers have a sweet and savory flavor with a hint of spice that makes them totally addictive.
Sakura Seika have been creating high-quality rice products in Niigata Prefecture since 1950.
