Norimaki Senbei

Made from glutinous rice grown in Niigata, the center of rice farming in Japan, and hand-wrapped with nori, these rice crackers have a sweet soy sauce flavor paired with umami-rich seaweed, making them totally addictive.

Sakura Seika have been creating high-quality rice products in Niigata Prefecture since 1950. Produced in small batches, their senbei are rigorously quality controlled, and many of the steps are still done by hand by skilled artisans.
