Uni Senbei

Made from glutinous rice grown in Niigata, the center of rice farming in Japan, and natural sea urchin extract, these addictive rice crackers capture the rich umami and natural sweetness of fresh uni. 

Sakura Seika have been creating high-quality rice products in Niigata Prefecture since 1950. Produced in small batches, their senbei are rigorously quality controlled, and many of the steps are still done by hand by skilled artisans.
